The Furuno GP-32 is an advanced GPS navigator with a WAAS (Wide Area Augmentation System) receiver, providing highly accurate position data. It features a high-contrast 4.5-inch silver bright LCD that remains clearly visible even in direct sunlight. Unlike many modern touchscreen units, the GP-32 uses tactile buttons and a dedicated cursor pad, making it easy to operate with gloves or in rough sea conditions.

The system is designed to store up to 1,000 points of ship’s tracks and waypoints, with a memory capacity for 200 planned routes (up to 30 waypoints each). Its versatile display modes include Plotter, Highway, Steering, and Customizable Data screens. The GP-32 is also famous for its robust NMEA 0183 connectivity, allowing it to feed precise position, speed, and heading data to Radars, Fish Finders, Autopilots, and AIS systems.

TYPICAL CONDITION (USED/REFURBISHED)

Our refurbished GP-32 units from the Alang yards go through a comprehensive restoration process. We focus on the LCD screen clarity, ensuring there is no "sunburn" or fading on the display. The Internal Battery (for memory backup) is tested and replaced if necessary to ensure waypoints are not lost. We also verify the Antenna Connector and the GPA-017 antenna for high signal-to-noise ratios. Every unit is bench-tested for NMEA data output stability and factory-reset before leaving our Bhavnagar facility.
